Is this a replacement for my current marketing?
No, and that is an important distinction. Thinking Baboon does not replace your ads, SEO, social media, or any other marketing activity you are currently running. We amplify them. When your brand has strong authority signals, better citation coverage, a clean reputation, and visible presence in AI search, every other marketing channel you invest in performs better. Think of us as the foundation that makes everything else work harder.
Can I subscribe to just one service or do I need both?
You can subscribe to either Brand Awareness or ORM on its own. They are separate services with separate pricing. That said, most serious brand-building strategies benefit from both running together, which is why we offer a 10% bundle discount when you combine them.
How soon will I see results?
Brand building is a compounding investment. Most clients begin to see measurable movement in their brand mentions, search visibility, and E-E-A-T signals within 60 to 90 days. Reputation management results, such as improved review scores and cleaner search results, can begin to show within the first 30 days depending on the situation. We track and report on all of this monthly so you always know what is moving.
What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee is a one-time charge that covers your onboarding, initial audit, and the creation of your brand strategy or reputation baseline document. It is charged once at the start of your first retainer month and not recurring.
What is the minimum commitment?
All retainer plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Brand building takes time, and 3 months is the minimum needed to establish a foundation and begin seeing meaningful progress. We do not offer month-to-month contracts because they do not serve our clients well.
Do you offer custom pricing for large businesses or campaigns?
Yes. For enterprise clients, corporations, and political campaigns with specific requirements beyond our Authority or ORM Authority tiers, we offer fully custom proposals. Reach out through our contact page and we will put together a scope tailored to your goals.
What are PR campaigns and PR links?
PR campaigns are structured outreach efforts that secure your brand mentions, content placements, and links on relevant digital publications, news sites, and media platforms. PR links are the earned placements that result from those campaigns. Unlike paid ads, these are genuine editorial mentions that build long-term brand authority and AI search visibility. Growth plans include 1 campaign per month with up to 50 PR links. Authority plans include up to 3 campaigns per month with 100 or more PR links each.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Many clients start on Starter or Growth and upgrade as their brand gains momentum or their goals scale. Upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We will walk you through the transition.
